Adult wellness products are intended only for customers aged 18 or older, or the legal age in their location.
How are orders packaged?
Physical orders are handled with privacy in mind. Packaging details may vary by destination and carrier.
Can opened adult products be returned?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used adult wellness products cannot be returned. Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Quality problems and shipping damage are handled separately.

Can I cancel a digital service?
A full refund is available before work begins. After work has started, completed work is non-refundable. If a service cannot be completed because of platform restrictions, eligibility requirements or other factors outside our control, a full or partial refund may be offered based on the work completed.
