Adult Wellness Products

Unopened, unused adult wellness products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used adult wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact ycccca777@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. Return instructions must be confirmed before sending anything back.

Digital Services

Digital service orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, completed work is non-refundable. If a service cannot be completed because of platform restrictions, eligibility requirements or other circumstances outside our control, a full or partial refund may be offered according to the work completed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
