We ship physical products worldwide from Baoding, Hebei, China. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order contents and carrier availability. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Adult Wellness Product Returns
Unopened, unused adult wellness products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used adult wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Digital Service Refunds
Digital service orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, completed work is non-refundable. If a service cannot be completed because of platform restrictions, eligibility requirements or other factors outside our control, a full or partial refund may be offered according to the work completed.
Return shipping costs and return instructions will be confirmed before any item is sent back. Do not return products without contacting us first.
